The Consumer Technology Association (CTA), producer of CES, struggled to deliver a cohesive livestream experience: its existing platform couldn’t handle many concurrent sessions or branding needs, archives were hosted separately and often posted weeks late, and fragmented analytics made it impossible to distinguish or aggregate live versus on‑demand views.
CTA implemented Brightcove Gallery, Video Cloud, Player and Brightcove Live to create a branded portal with “streaming now” playlists, consolidated archival hosting, and password‑protected download sites for partners. The solution powered 90+ live sessions across seven stages, enabled a rapid two‑month library migration and six days of live streaming, generated hundreds of thousands of live and VOD views (250k+ reported), provided accurate aggregated analytics, and produced reusable clips for marketing.
