Dentinal Tubules, founded in 2009, is an e‑learning portal for dental professionals that needed a way to deliver high‑quality, scalable video—live surgeries, lectures and on‑demand content—to help clinicians meet CPD/CE requirements without leaving the office. The challenge was to create a reliable, interactive platform that could host complex multi‑camera livestreams, support group learning and tests, and convert free members into paying subscribers while serving a global audience.
Dentinal Tubules partnered with Brightcove Video Cloud to host HD VOD and livestreams, quickly convert live events to on‑demand content, and power a GroupWatch virtual classroom for attendance and certification. The site now offers 1,000+ videos (30,000–40,000 minutes), streams 2–3 live events monthly with up to 400 participants, produces 10–13 new videos per month, and supports ~30,000 free members and 2,000 paid subscribers—driving engagement, meeting CPD needs, and positioning the company to scale toward its goal of 10,000 subscribers and 100,000 members.
