Joyce Meyer Ministries is a global Christian nonprofit reaching audiences through its print and TV program Enjoying Everyday Life, but many international and rural viewers rely on online video and faced frequent buffering, inconsistent playback and limited insight into viewer behavior. The organization needed a more reliable, easily managed online delivery system and better analytics to understand what parts of the show resonated with viewers.
The ministry implemented Brightcove Video Cloud for automated encoding, optimized streaming and built‑in analytics, then expanded with Brightcove App Cloud to build an iOS app in‑house. The result: smoother playback across bandwidths, streamlined content workflows and cost savings from automation, actionable viewer analytics that improved production decisions, and a mobile app that delivers daily content with future plans for location-based notifications and closed captioning.
