Avanade, a global provider of digital and cloud services built on the Microsoft ecosystem, was using video mainly as a content channel and only measuring basic metrics like plays and views. Avanade implemented a user-focused video strategy and integrated Brightcove Video Cloud and the Audience module with Sitecore, Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics, plus social and paid channels, then built scorecards to evaluate which videos and channels drove results. The system enabled personalized video experiences and CRM attribution; page views doubled, viewer engagement increased fourfold, bounce rates fell, and sales teams gained qualified insights for targeted lead nurturing.
