Boffix, a growing accountancy practice of about 10 staff specialising in e‑commerce, R&D and charities, was struggling with slow, manual onboarding and fragmented tools. Bright implemented AccountancyManager with Zapier to link GoProposal, GoCardless and QuickBooks, plus white‑label portal, automated 64‑8s, AML checks and task/timesheet workflows. The result: onboarding condensed from three client calls to one, document sending time dropped from about an hour to 30 seconds, and routine tasks are automated—delivering clear time savings, faster client onboarding and a slick, branded client experience thanks to Bright.
