StriveX, founded by Rachel and James, is an accountancy practice serving many social media influencers that needed to scale quickly while keeping pay transparent, providing a single consistent client contact, and avoiding missed deadlines across two offices. To solve these operational and client-service challenges they adopted Bright’s practice management platform, AccountancyManager, to centralise onboarding, communications and task management.
Using Bright’s AccountancyManager, StriveX automated client onboarding and record requests, integrated email and client timelines, introduced portfolios and visibility for partners/managers, and white‑labelled a Client Portal. The result: rapid, measurable growth — from about 50 clients to 357 and from two founders to a nine‑person team in under a year — with clearer oversight, fewer missed deadlines and smoother client communication thanks to Bright’s tools.
