Sterling Accounting Solutions (SAS) is a growing practice that scaled rapidly during lockdown—from about ten to 17 staff and over 500 clients—and found its spreadsheet-based processes and phone notes could no longer keep up. The result: SAS handled fast team and client growth, removed reliance on spreadsheets, met its KPI of 75% of Year End and Corporation Tax submissions filed within six months of year end, and positioned the firm to smoothly absorb a 50–60 client acquisition—outcomes SAS attributes to Bright.
