Future Cloud is a fast-growing cloud accounting firm founded by Francesca and Charlotte that needed to replace ad-hoc spreadsheets and manual processes for client onboarding, ID checks, deadlines and agency authorisations. To solve this they adopted Bright’s AccountancyManager (AM) practice-management and client-portal platform to centralise client data, onboarding and communications.
Bright implemented AccountancyManager with Xero and GoCardless integrations, white‑labelled client portals, e-signing, automated 64‑8 submissions and task lists, plus professional‑clearance templates. The result was smoother, faster onboarding, fewer missed deadlines, reduced admin and seamless client access to documents—allowing Future Cloud to scale operations, sync client info automatically to Xero and maintain rapid, reliable support from Bright.
