Fortuous Limited, a fully digital, paperless accounting practice led by Khyam Chudhry, needed to eliminate shoebox paperwork, reduce time spent chasing clients, and avoid the annual “January panic” around tax deadlines. To do this they adopted Bright’s AccountancyManager practice‑management platform (alongside Xero and Receipt Bank) to centralize client data, timelines and communications and to automate KYC/AML and deadline tracking.
Bright implemented AccountancyManager’s automated record requests, reminders, Gmail integration, task filters and client timelines so each team member manages their own portfolio and managers get at‑a‑glance visibility. The result: Fortuous no longer experiences the 31st‑January rush, has significantly fewer manual follow‑ups and errors, and consistently meets deadlines earlier thanks to Bright’s automated workflows and clear task visibility.
