Bright implemented AccountancyManager to provide client self‑service onboarding, a branded client portal, automated reminders and task workflows, Companies House integration, and custom forms/fields. The result was significant time savings (Anna says the time saved outweighs the software cost even with just 10 clients), fewer client calls, praise from HMRC for being organised, smoother onboarding and reliable remote collaboration — helping Digital Accounting scale to a 25‑people practice.
