Addison Accounts & Training, led by Claire Rulton, was growing quickly and struggling to scale using Excel spreadsheets, Post‑it notes, WhatsApps and heavy email traffic to manage clients and staff. To replace fragmented processes and improve visibility, the practice evaluated and trialled Bright’s AccountancyManager practice management platform.
