Fleur de Lilies - Customer Case Study

Fleur de Lilies, a Creole-Asian fusion restaurant founded by Alexis Kim and Misha Sampson, faced the challenge of choosing a reliable, easy-to-use and affordable POS for their 6,000+ sq. ft. space after painful past experiences with systems like Micros, Aloha and Ambur. They needed a partner they could reach immediately, minimal training for servers, and a setup that wouldn’t blow their startup budget — all while recovering from a delayed opening.

Brigade Society provided the Brigade POS, getting Fleur de Lilies up and running with menu setup in one day, two complimentary server trainings, and near-instant support response times. Onboarding new servers became a five-minute task, servers can take orders on mobile iPads (saving roughly an hour of POS time on large-party nights), and the venue was equipped with four static stations plus two mobile iPads for a low monthly fee that beat the cost of a comparable Micros setup — delivering a smoother opening and ongoing operation for Fleur de Lilies.
