Famous Footwear partnered with Brierley to refresh its VIP loyalty program and make it more relevant and engaging for shoppers. The challenge was to move beyond a simple visual update and create a member experience that would better connect with existing and potential customers.

Brierley responded by rebranding the program as “famous you rewards,” using research to design customer-centric tiers, personal rewards, and recognition-focused benefits. The new program improved member retention and increased purchases among existing members, while also winning three 2019 Loyalty360 Customer Awards.
