Brierley helped create an app-powered stamp collection experience inspired by the Japanese “B-Stamp” concept, giving customers a fun and rewarding way to collect stamps for menu items.

With Brierley’s strategy and support, Sapporo launched the new loyalty program and quickly saw strong adoption, with 14K members enrolled and 50K stamps issued in the first few months. The program also won Platinum in the Loyalty360 Customer Awards, highlighting the measurable success of the Brierley solution.
