Their challenge was finding a vendor capable of fabricating these 6'x12' solid metal screens as single, unbroken pieces to avoid visual joints, all within a tight eight-week timeline. They partnered with Bridgewater Studio for this custom architectural fabrication project.

Bridgewater Studio provided design-assist services, developing a fabrication and installation strategy. They optimized the CAD pattern for production and engineered the screens to withstand the coastal salt air environment. The vendor fabricated the semi-opaque screens as requested, with no seams or bolts, and carefully installed them on-site over existing marble floors. Bridgewater Studio successfully delivered the premium room dividers that defined visual space and traffic flow, achieving the customer's vision for a grand hospitality experience.
