Case Study: Aga Khan Academy achieves seamless university guidance with BridgeU

BridgeU helps Aga Khan students to strategise their strengths & abilities from an early age, enabling them to think about careers and university guidance as a continuous journey

Aga Khan Academy Hyderabad, part of a global network of IB World Schools, needed a new university and careers guidance platform after Naviance withdrew from the international school market outside North America. To support students across the Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme, the school chose BridgeU, including tools such as the Strategy Adviser and Writing Builder.

BridgeU helped Aga Khan Academy align guidance across the school journey, from Year 9 onward, while reducing counselors’ workload with a platform described as neat, quick, and responsive. Students used BridgeU to explore strengths, interests, and extracurriculars, and counselors used it to connect early guidance with university preparation; while no hard metrics were provided, the school reported smoother integration, stronger support, and a more continuous guidance experience.
