Aloha College, an independent school in Spain, sought to create a more data-driven and efficient university guidance program for its students applying primarily to UK universities. The challenge was to help students create more realistic university shortlists and to reduce the administrative burden on teachers managing the application and reference process. They implemented the BridgeU platform to address these needs.

Using BridgeU, students were able to better self-assess their strengths and calculate their chances of acceptance, leading them to apply to more realistic target and insurance universities. For teachers, the platform centralized the reference writing process, eliminating cluttered inboxes and manual tasks. The measurable impact included greater student accountability and the ability for counselors to use BridgeU analytics to track application trends and report on outcomes to the school board.
