Beijing Royal School is a private boarding school in China serving around 700 students across four international curricula. After Naviance withdrew from international schools in China, the school needed a replacement platform to support its university application process, especially document management for the many students applying overseas, including about 70% to the United States. They turned to BridgeU, primarily for its Document Sending tool.

BridgeU provided Beijing Royal School with Common App integrations, Document Sending, and a user-friendly platform that teachers and counsellors could easily navigate. With support from BridgeU’s Customer Success team, a China-based representative, and English/Chinese language options, the school was able to streamline application-season workflows and keep staff aligned on deadlines. Over five years, BridgeU has become an integral part of the school’s guidance programme, helping improve efficiency and support timely university applications.
