Case Study: Maryland Hospital Association achieves a unified, more usable web presence with Bridgeline Digital's iAPPS

A Bridgeline Digital Case Study

Preview of the Maryland Hospital Association Case Study

Maryland Hospital Association consolidates web properties, improves usability, and energizes its web presence and advocacy efforts with iAPPS

The Maryland Hospital Association (MHA), which advocates for Maryland hospitals, health systems and their patients, was struggling with two separate websites (MHAonline.org and MDHospitals.org) that made information hard to find, diluted its messaging and required excessive IT involvement. MHA needed a single, user-friendly web presence with a consistent information architecture, a dynamic Media Center for up-to-the-minute advisories and press releases, and easier content management for non-technical staff.

Bridgeline implemented the iAPPS Content Manager and iAPPS Analytics, consolidating both sites into one reorganized site with an intuitive taxonomy, real-time analytics and SaaS hosting plus ongoing managed services. The result: faster, simpler content updates, reduced staff effort, improved navigation and member sign-up/login, and a more engaging, effective web presence that better supports MHA’s communications and advocacy.
