BRIDGEi2i Analytics Solutions built a demand monitoring system and data mart that unified sell-through, sell-in, drop shipment, and distributor inventory data. Using SKU segmentation and a demand planning optimizer, the solution forecasted sell-through, sell-in, and drop shipments at SKU level and added a front-end for tracking forecast accuracy, delivering a 10% improvement in sell-through forecast accuracy, a 10% improvement in sell-in accuracy versus the client’s forecasting algorithm, and an estimated annual savings of $22.6 million.
