Davos Alzheimer's Collaborative co-designs early detection toolkit with Bridgeable for 25+ stakeholders across countries

The Davos Alzheimer's Collaborative (DAC) faced the challenge of preparing diverse healthcare systems worldwide to deliver timely early detection of Alzheimer's disease symptoms. They partnered with the vendor Bridgeable to co-design a global model for scaling up these detection strategies, leveraging Bridgeable's expertise in implementation science and co-creation.

Bridgeable developed a Community of Practice engagement model and facilitated collaborative laboratories to capture cross-site learnings. This work was synthesized into a durable implementation toolkit designed to guide healthcare organizations globally. The solution enables DAC to drive global impact by supporting the widespread implementation of early detection strategies, ultimately helping to transform care for aging populations.
