Canadian Institute for Social Prescribing maps social prescribing in Canada with Bridgeable through 25 interviews

The Canadian Institute for Social Prescribing (CISP) needed to capture the current state of social prescribing across Canada, including its delivery methods and opportunities for growth. To achieve this, they engaged the vendor Bridgeable to conduct design research and map the customer experience.

Bridgeable conducted extensive research, including public intercept interviews and in-depth discussions with experts, to understand the landscape. This work resulted in a high-level experience map of the client pathway and six key insights to advance the practice. These outputs provided a foundational understanding that will directly inform the development of a national framework for social prescribing in Canada.
