Canadian Institute for Social Prescribing co-designs social prescribing framework with Bridgeable through 3 phases

The Canadian Institute for Social Prescribing sought to understand the current state of social prescribing in Canada and to co-design the foundational elements for a national framework. They enlisted the design firm Bridgeable to tackle this challenge, leveraging their expertise in design research and customer journey mapping.

Bridgeable conducted extensive research and co-creation sessions to define the social prescribing landscape. Their solution included mapping the patient experience and developing five key building block recommendations for a national framework. The impact was a set of clear, actionable tools, including an experience map and an interactive microsite, which provide stakeholders and policymakers with an accessible understanding of the system and a clear path forward for its advancement.
