Thomas Cook, a leading travel and leisure group operating 450 agencies in France, needed to boost local online visibility, drive qualified web traffic to its stores and improve the customer journey from online search to in‑agency visits. BRIDGE built optimized Local Pages for each of Thomas Cook’s 450 agencies and synchronized listings with Google My Business, enabling seamless web-to-store experiences. The results were rapid and measurable: a fivefold increase in traffic within three months, 750 incoming calls per day, a 3× rise in mobile traffic, 1,500 completed contact forms and 43% of online traffic coming from organic Google search — demonstrating BRIDGE’s impact on visibility, leads and footfall.
