International Quick Service Restaurant, an international QSR chain, worked with Bridg to better identify and understand its guests while expanding targeting and attribution capabilities during media activation. The customer needed a way to recognize unknown customers and measure the impact of its campaigns more effectively.
Bridg used its cookieless identity resolution capabilities to identify unknown customers, then activated a product-driven campaign targeting guests who had previously purchased the featured menu item. With offline conversions and direct integration with Meta, Bridg enabled 1:1 attribution and let the client manage audiences in its Meta environment. The effort identified 78M customers, delivered about $9M in incremental sales, and outperformed previous ROAS benchmarks by 5-6X.
