International Quick Service Restaurant worked with Bridg to make better use of its newly expanded first-party data and determine which campaigns would deliver the highest ROAS. The goal was to reach the right guests at the right time, driving visits and customer lifetime value while reducing customer churn.

Bridg used its proprietary machine learning-based lifecycle model to identify and engage lapsed guests based on prior purchase behavior, segmenting them into high-, medium-, and low-frequency customers for targeting. The lapsed standard-frequency segment outperformed the benchmark, and the campaign delivered 1.4x–1.9x stronger results than previous social media campaign benchmarks, giving the client a scalable strategy for future lapsed-guest campaigns.
