Countsy, a Mountain View–based back‑office provider offering on‑demand CFO, accounting, and HR support to venture‑backed startups, struggled with a manual month‑end close for clients that used the Brex corporate credit card and Oracle NetSuite ERP. Countsy’s team had to export transactions to CSVs, code each charge, chase missing receipts, and upload files into NetSuite — a repetitive process for clients with multiple employee cards.

Countsy adopted Brex’s direct NetSuite credit card integration, which can be installed and connected in about 20–30 minutes per client. The Brex integration eliminates CSV uploads by importing transactions directly into NetSuite, supports individual or batch journal entries, and applies customizable rules to auto‑map transactions; Brex also prompts employees for receipts via app/text, improving receipt capture.
