Yumpingo, a hospitality customer experience platform for restaurants in Birmingham, UK, needed to improve the deliverability of its time-sensitive guest surveys, especially to Microsoft B2C inboxes. As a result, Microsoft B2C open rates rose from 12.5% to nearly 35%, email-to-survey click rates increased by 14% from 4.7% to 5.3%, and Yahoo deliverability averaged more than 99%, helping Yumpingo collect better feedback for its clients.
