Yumpingo increases survey click rates by 14% after upgrading to BrevoPlus

Yumpingo, a hospitality customer experience platform for restaurants in Birmingham, UK, needed to improve the deliverability of its time-sensitive guest surveys, especially to Microsoft B2C inboxes. After seeing success on Brevo’s Business plan, the team upgraded to Brevo’s Enterprise plan to get expert help with email performance and survey response rates.

With help from Brevo’s deliverability team, Yumpingo reconfigured its sending domains, warmed up new IPs, and improved sender reputation. As a result, Microsoft B2C open rates rose from 12.5% to nearly 35%, email-to-survey click rates increased by 14% from 4.7% to 5.3%, and Yahoo deliverability averaged more than 99%, helping Yumpingo collect better feedback for its clients.
