involve.me is a Vienna-based MarTech SaaS company that helps businesses create no-code, conversion-driven funnels. As a freemium platform, it faced the challenge of turning a large base of free users into paying customers while also improving retention, especially since many features were already available on the free plan.

To solve this, involve.me used Brevo’s email marketing automation, tracker, API connection, and tailored email sequences to send targeted onboarding, product activation, and feature promotion campaigns based on product usage data. With Brevo, involve.me achieved an 8.7% increase in paid plan purchases and a 6% decrease in churn, and later expanded the partnership by adding Brevo as a native integration and one of the first Sales CRM integrations.
