PAI, the Toronto restaurant group led by Chef Nuit Regular, needed a way to keep customers informed and promote a new e-commerce offering when the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted in‑person dining. To diversify channels and maintain communication with loyal diners across PAI, Kiin, Sabai Sabai and Sukhothai, the team selected Brevo’s email marketing solution (Lite plan) for an easy, design-forward platform that charges by emails sent.

Brevo delivered a user‑friendly editor, customizable templates, reporting and list‑management tools that let PAI clean its database, segment audiences and send targeted campaigns about openings, safety updates and online products. After implementing Brevo the team raised campaign open rates from about 25% to 30–40%, improved engagement and gained better insight into campaign performance—helping PAI sustain customer relationships and grow its e‑commerce efforts.
