Moj-eRačun Achieves 97.7% Deliverability of Notifications for Their e-Document Management System

Moj-eRačun, Croatia’s leading electronic invoice and document management network, needed a reliable transactional email solution to deliver time‑sensitive notifications and track recipient behavior so clients wouldn’t miss invoices or lose revenue. To meet these requirements they selected Brevo, adopting Brevo’s Enterprise transactional email capabilities (including a dedicated IP and subdomain) for clear deliverability and reporting.

Brevo implemented the Enterprise plan with dedicated IPs and reporting, set up in about a week, and centralized Moj-eRačun’s transactional emails (with plans to combine marketing emails too). As a result, Moj-eRačun achieved a 97.7% deliverability rate, currently sends ~800K emails per month (projected to reach 1M), and gained the tracking needed to improve follow‑ups and protect client revenue.
