Kimondo Boosts Online Sales with Email Marketing, Automation, and Prestashop Integration

Kimondo, a small family-run fashion accessories retailer from Barcelona, needed an affordable, user-friendly solution to support its digital transformation — consolidating email marketing, automation and GDPR-compliant double opt-in while integrating with its PrestaShop online store. They selected Brevo for its email marketing and automation capabilities to streamline multichannel communications, manage weekly newsletters and better engage loyalty-program members.

Brevo provided easy-to-use email templates, PrestaShop integration and automated workflows (eight scenarios), including a three-step abandoned-cart recovery and welcome/follow-up sequences. As a result, Kimondo attributes about 10% of sales to email marketing (up from 3%), achieved a 25% open rate and 7% CTR (vs ~12% open rate before), and benefited from Brevo’s “send at best time” feature and support to clean contact lists.
