How Rhinov is automating prospect follow-ups with Sendinblue

Rhinov, a French startup that creates 3D home-staging designs, needed to consolidate separate email and SMS tools and automate prospect follow-ups to boost conversions and retention. To replace Mailjet and Primotexto and centralize their marketing, Rhinov adopted Brevo’s marketing automation platform to manage email campaigns, transactional messages and SMS from a single interface.

Using Brevo, Rhinov implemented automated workflows to activate prospects who hadn’t submitted photos and to re-engage inactive clients with timed emails and promo codes, replacing manual follow-ups. The automation saved significant time and materially improved performance: emails sent via Brevo now drive 26% of Rhinov’s web traffic and 32% of its conversions, while conversions among inactive users rose noticeably.
