Bootcamp Team, a Dutch outdoor fitness membership platform, was generating many leads from Facebook contests but struggled to convert winners into attendees because important messages were being missed. To address this, they adopted Brevo’s marketing automation and SMS features to ensure time-sensitive communications reached prospects who weren’t engaging with email alone.
Using Brevo, Bootcamp Team implemented two key workflows: a Lead Activation sequence that sent emails and automatically switched to SMS if emails weren’t opened, and a Feedback/Discount workflow that followed free-session attendees with staged emails and an SMS reminder. The result was about 60% email open rates, ~25% click-through rates, improved conversion across goals, and major time savings — Bootcamp Team now runs over a dozen Brevo workflows for contest follow-up, payment reminders and promotions.
