How Alltricks leverages Brevo to expand and engage effectively

Alltricks, a French e-commerce brand for cycling, running, and outdoor sports, wanted to grow its business while improving customer engagement and keeping communications GDPR-compliant. Using Brevo’s CRM and marketing automation tools, the company aimed to move beyond mass email blasts toward more personalized, targeted interactions that would increase opt-ins, retention, and purchase intent.

Brevo helped Alltricks implement automated, segmented campaigns across email, SMS, web push, and mobile push notifications, including personalized promo-code emails, post-navigation and post-purchase journeys, daily newsletters, and abandoned-cart reminders. The results were strong: open rates reached up to 46%, click rates up to 28%, more than 250 million emails were sent per year with over 99% deliverability, and push notifications generated €11,600 in sales, showing clear measurable impact from Brevo’s solution.
