Buffalo Grill achieves 47% repeat restaurant visits with a digital loyalty program powered by Brevo Wallet

Buffalo Grill, the French grilled-meat restaurant chain with more than 350 locations, wanted a better way to capture customer attention in restaurants, grow loyalty, and qualify its customer base. To do that, it partnered with Brevo to launch a mobile-wallet loyalty card called the Buffalo Pass.

With Brevo’s mobile wallet marketing, Buffalo Grill created a dynamic loyalty card with automated offer updates, QR-code signups, and push notifications to drive repeat visits. The campaign generated 500,000 wallet card activations in six months, achieved a 92% card retention rate, and led to 47% of walletized customers making a return visit, while also increasing visits and covers per restaurant.
