To do that, Jacadi worked with Brevo and used mobile wallet loyalty cards as a new channel to complement its communication strategy and improve customer lifetime value.
Brevo helped Jacadi digitize its loyalty program and activate customers through mobile wallet cards, automated notifications, geo-targeted pushes, and seasonal wallet updates across email, website, and in-store touchpoints. The approach delivered strong results: walletized customers showed a 39% higher purchase frequency and 23% more revenue than non-walletized customers, while the wallet card retention rate reached 97%.
