Kenya Airways launched its Asante Rewards loyalty program in June 2023 and quickly faced a surge of new memberships. As a result, Kenya Airways now sends 300k–400k emails each month and has grown Asante Rewards membership by 70% in 10 months, with thousands of new members joining every month.
