They partnered with Brella for its AI-powered matchmaking platform to achieve these goals.

Brella implemented a strategy built on data-driven matchmaking categories, a pre-event communication plan to educate users, and a strategically placed onsite networking area. The solution successfully generated 2,800 meetings with a 39% acceptance rate, a significant increase from the previous year. Additionally, nearly 12,000 messages were exchanged, and the event went completely paperless, greatly enhancing the attendee experience and operational efficiency for TechBBQ.
