Plug and Play Tech Center, a Silicon Valley–based accelerator that connects large corporations with the world’s best startups, needed an easy-to-use networking solution that automated and organized 1:1 meetings between startups, investors and corporate partners while requiring minimal time and training to run. To address this challenge they selected Brella and its networking platform to power matchmaking and meeting management across their events.

Brella’s platform was rolled out starting in 2016 and used across 13 Plug and Play Tech Center events (including 2019 programs), generating more than 4,000 one‑to‑one meetings and delivering a 27% average meeting growth (2017–2019). By providing meeting metrics and attendee-interest data, Brella helped streamline global event operations, improve matchmaking, and support hundreds of startups in finding funding.
