InsureTech Connect, the world’s largest insurtech event, needed a way to help thousands of attendees discover relevant professionals and efficiently book one‑to‑one meetings. To avoid leaving networking to chance, InsureTech Connect chose Brella — a desktop- and mobile-accessible matchmaking and meeting‑booking platform that requires no downloads and keeps the experience simple for busy, high‑level professionals.
Brella’s matchmaking algorithm suggested relevant attendees and enabled straightforward scheduling, driving strong engagement and measurable impact: at the two‑day 2016 Las Vegas event roughly 950 of ~1,200 invited guests signed up and booked 2,849 hosted 1‑to‑1 meetings, and at InsureTech Connect 2017 sign‑ups rose to 2,155 with 5,660 booked meetings (avg. 2.58 meetings per user). Brella’s ease of use and targeted matching improved the attendee experience and substantially increased valuable connections for InsureTech Connect.
