Hire Space, a venue‑booking platform that runs the EventLAB content hub, needed to pivot quickly when COVID‑19 shut down in‑person gatherings. For their webinar "How The Events World Is Responding To COVID‑19" they faced the common challenge of many organizers: how to deliver a high‑quality, fully virtual event and ensure delegates could join, create profiles and meaningfully network. To host the event they selected Brella’s virtual event platform.

Brella provided the platform and hands‑on guidance—walking Hire Space through setup, trial runs and attendee workflows—while Hire Space focused on educating delegates.
