Telephony System Integrator - Customer Case Study

Telephony System Integrator, a Japan-based telecom/network system integrator, was installing Brekeke Software solutions (Brekeke CCS with Brekeke PBX, CIM, CA, CRM and Recording File Server) as premise‑based systems for each client. The company struggled with high upfront and operating costs and often had to drop larger projects because their customers—typically 50 agents or fewer—could not justify dedicated on‑premise systems or full‑time engineers.

Brekeke Software’s multi‑tenant Brekeke CCS cloud contact center allowed the integrator to host and administer many customers from the cloud with minimal maintenance, offering ACD, call recording, reporting and CRM. Using Brekeke CCS’s ability to support about 100 tenants per server, they initially consolidated customers onto a single server (and later scaled to several), lowering administrative costs, enabling hosted call center offerings since 2012, and allowing the company to take on projects it previously could not.
