Brekeke Software installed dual Brekeke SIP Server Advanced Edition instances (primary and secondary) with redundancy, integrated via an AudioCodes gateway and FGS Bilgi İstem’s call-center module (ACD, recording, IVR). The solution keeps call sessions active if the primary server fails, guaranteeing 24/7 high availability for emergency calls and enabling faster, more efficient call handling for the Ankara Police Department.
