Breinify worked with BevMo!, the largest U.S. alcohol retailer by revenue, to improve e-commerce performance across its West Coast-focused business. BevMo! wanted to increase online sales through personalized product recommendations, promotions, and content, while also keeping product variety high and reducing the manual effort required for curation and data tagging.

Breinify implemented AI-driven personalization across BevMo!’s website, email, and SMS channels, using product, pricing, inventory, region, and shopper preference data to tailor recommendations and offers. The results included a POC launched in just 7 days, a 51% year-over-year sales increase, $125M in new sales revenue, 21.6M products sold from improved email conversions, and a 5.3% lift in e-commerce sales during the 2020 pandemic.
