Knock is a fast-growing home trade-in platform expanding into multiple new markets and urgently hiring empathetic, results-driven talent to support that growth. Faced with high application volume—about 30 applicants per role and roughly eight openings per week—Knock’s Head of Talent, Terra Soloski, needed a way to scale hiring without sacrificing candidate experience. To solve this, Knock turned to Breezy HR’s hiring platform.

Breezy HR provided automation and screening tools—custom application questionnaires, smart stage actions, automated emails, and triggers that add candidates to recruiter lists and auto-book Calendly interviews—to screen “in” the right candidates and ensure every application is touched. The result: Knock reclaimed roughly four hours per week of screening time, listed 100 jobs with Breezy HR by the end of 2018, sped up candidate movement through the pipeline, and delivered a notably improved, “wow”-worthy candidate experience with higher engagement.
