Leeds Federated Housing Association launches CX on 5 April 2023 with Breeze

Leeds Federated Housing Association (LFHA) engaged Breeze for the second phase of its Origin2CX project, which involved transitioning from Civica's Universal Housing to their newer CX product. The challenge was to successfully migrate data, rework business processes, and achieve seamless integration with both Civica CX and Asprey's Asset Management System.

Breeze implemented the solution by providing multi-disciplined teams for business analysis, development, and project management. They migrated critical data, developed APIs for integration with CX and Asprey's system, and built a unique, bespoke repairs module directly into Origin. The project was launched successfully, reducing LFHA's delivery timescales and large-scale project costs while providing an intuitive system that plays an instrumental role in their daily operations.
