Time Technology, a Salesforce Certified Partner serving non-profits, had grown frustrated with the manual work involved in keeping separate accounting and CRM systems aligned. The team was raising invoices and bills in Salesforce and then entering them again in accounting software, along with double-entry for cash paid and received, which left Salesforce behind and reduced the value of the information.

Breadwinner provided a managed package and configured it to fit Time Technology’s setup, with implementation completed in about 2 hours. The Breadwinner interface connected Salesforce with Xero and automatically updated invoices, bills, and bank transactions, so Salesforce always reflected the latest position from the bank. Time Technology said the system was saving at least a day a month of staff time and helping save significant staff hours.
