A Bread Pay Case Study

Preview of the Little Switzerland Case Study

Longstanding jewelry partner unlocks new in-store revenue stream with Bread Pay™

Little Switzerland, the largest authorized jewelry dealer in the Caribbean with 15 stores across seven islands, wanted to modernize its financing options and attract a younger customer base without adding friction to the in-store experience. To meet that challenge, the retailer worked with Bread Pay from Bread Financial to add installment-loan financing alongside its existing private label credit card program.

Bread Pay implemented a seamless in-store BNPL experience using QR code signage that sent shoppers directly to a simple mobile application flow. The new option helped Little Switzerland grow revenue, reach Millennials with a new average spend of about $2,100, and expand purchases in-store, while also prompting the company to replace its Affirm e-commerce offering with Bread Pay for a more unified omnichannel financing strategy.
