The RTA Store, a leader in ready-to-assemble cabinetry, needed a way to make high-ticket, non-impulse purchases feel more affordable for customers who often arrive after high big-box quotes. To expand access to credit across the buyer journey, The RTA Store partnered with Bread Pay to offer pay-over-time financing with white-label capabilities and site-wide placement, enabling pre-qualification earlier in the sales funnel.
Bread Pay integrated financing across the site and into cart-abandonment emails (via Listrak), letting The RTA Store market financing at multiple touch points and recover lost sales. The results were significant: a 2.5% incremental increase in year-over-year sales, 130% higher AOV for customers using Bread Pay financing, 37% of customers won back, plus cart-abandonment emails with personalized financing saw 3x higher conversion, 155% more revenue, 38% higher CTR and 86% higher AOV.
